Visited this place based on TA reviews. Ordered the prime rib eye med rare. In my top five best steaks ever. Asparagus is my fav veggie and it was tender and delish. My sister had the tuna and loved it too. If I ever visit the area again I will definitely return to Starks.

Tender delicious steaks with amazing sides. We love to try new restaurants with Trip Advisor help and this is now one of our favorite Santa Rosa spots.

When it opened, I went to the bar and had a first-rate cocktail. Years later (tonight) I went again. Just had appetizers: two kinds of shrimp and the truffle fries. I'll be back. Everything I ate and drank was first-rate, and so was the service. And, during happy hour, the bar was pretty full even on a Monday night.
