We came in for brunch, and the 6 of us enjoyed our meals, and walked away feeling good. I had a very well prepared eggs benedict, yum. I understand that the restaurant trains young adults and teens, who experience significant hardship or adversity, culinary skills and food service training. The food was good, the service was great, and when I'm... More

We had the pleasure of finding this quint, hard to find, culinary special restaurant. This restaurant employees students who are getting first hand education in the art of cooking, serving and presentation of brunch specialties. The service and food were very good. The hours of operation are only Saturday 9-2 and Sundays 9-1. Recommend you call ahead to make reservations... More

I've wanted to be a part of the WOW legacy and I finally got my chance! The students cooking and serving were SO polite and kind. The food was simple and authentic. We were humbled to donate the cost of our food - they don't charge prices. They allow you to decide what to give. There are cooks on this... More

Here's the bottom line: the food is excellent. Even if you don't get the part about helping these once-troubled but deserving youth to find a career path in the culinary arts, you just have to try this place. Service is great, food is great and you decide how much it was worth as your bill is 100% up to you... More

This place is a learning school, a place where at risk kids can learn a skill, and find pride in their daily life. And most of these kids have a great passion for learning something that will help them move forward in their lives. There is no set pricing, it's pay what you will...to this non-profit teaching experience. LindySez: It's... More

I fully support this little cafe. It is designed to help young kids learn the business. The food is good, the kids are working hard to give themselves a future and they want to make the customer happy.

We went for Sunday brunch on the recommendation of my son. (They appear to only be open on the weekend for brunch.) We were a party of four, mom, dad, and our two sons in their 20s. This pace is small, and we had to wait 15 minutes (we chose not to do a communal table where they could have... More

We have visited this restaurant at least 6 times. The young staff in training are learning all elements of the culinary world. It shows in the service, carefully plated meals and taste. After being seated a server brings a plate of fruit and baked goods. Order what you wish. The bill is what you feel is a fair price for... More

The idea behind helping to promote education by eating great food prepared and served by young adults learning a trade is so wonderful. They have no set price for the items on the menu, they simply ask for a fair donation. WOW- Now that is a rare concept that inspires a huge amount of generosity inside of me. Thanks for... More

In town for Thanksgiving. Went to morning Mass at St. Eugene's. Asked about good Sunday brunch and several people recommended it highly. Just down the street, so off we went. The young wait staff were on the spot. Friendly greetings, enthused about what they were doing. Shared a table with a "regular"' and some wonderful conversation. Ordered and the food... More
