This is an odd restaurant. I had never been to a Finbars and the experience was OK. The selection of wine was good but the food I had (spaghetti with a sauce I cannot even remember) was just so-so. Nice service though.

Fin Bars is an old school italian kitchen and a favorite for locals and visitors alike. Most of the dishes are made with the freshest ingredients.

Had dinner here for my husband's birthday and all of our meals were great. Had the calamari appetizer and it was light and tender. The pesto aioli that they served with it was soooooo good. My chicken diovolo was tender, the sautéed carrots and green beans were not over cooked...a miracle at most restaurants. Light and luscious cheese cake and... More

Best lasagna I've had in a long time. Very good Shrimp Scampi. We went with my Italian American relatives on our second visit and they loved it.

Finding poached salmon in a restaurant is not always the easiest thing to do. On top of that if it's good you are pretty lucky. This one was cooked very well, it remained very moist but was just barely on the verge of being overdone. Fortunately it wasn't and I really enjoyed it along with the basil cream sauce it... More

Food was nice. They were very understanding of all the children in our party. Great beef ravioli's, I could tell top beef was used for the ravioli's.

Finbar's once was a real gem but it has transcended into deep mediocrity. The atmosphere is depressing. Large and cavernous and cold. The pasta dishes are satisfying but are often served lukewarm. I do love the spaghetti and meatballs (big, tasty meatballs) and the BBQ chicken pizza is very good. The Tuscan salad is excellent. Steaks should be avoided (chewy)... More

Food took an extreme amount of time to prepare, and it wasn't even tasty. The messed up the order and didn't even offer a discount after bringing one of the people in our party cold food. This was my 2nd and last experience at this restaurant. Can't figure out why they are still in business.
