Best Philly Cheese I've had in CA. I asked a local the best place for lunch. He was right!!! I'll be coming back the next time I'm in Seal Beach and so should you.

I often eat at this establishment while visiting Seal Beach. When I'm hungry and want something great, I go straight to this wonderful place!

“A bit of PHilly in the west coast”

Even thougth this is a small place. the owner is truly from Pennsylvania and has the flavor of cheese steak subs down pat. He even has Tasty cakes, so do your self a favor, if you want to explore some casual food from the City of Brotherly love (where I am from originally) drop in for some delicious luncheon fare.

Huge sandwich, great price. The meat had absolutely no gristle. Perfect meat, perfect store-baked roll, perfect toppings. I've never had a sandwich like this even by Philly. Add the store label cream soda and a Butterscotch Krimpet (Do you know how hard it is to find Tastykakes on the west coast?) and you're in business. And, yes, water ice. Felt... More
