In the past, we have loved the Rainbow, they have a awesome patio. While waiting 40 minutes for our dinner, it occured to me how much better this place could be with New Ownership. The Rainbow is located in a really cool old home that we all love. The problem is, the food was pretty bad this time, I was... More

Food was simple and bland. The kids ordered a pizza and it was a tomato sauce covered mess with little cheese. My entree was bland and tasted like it was out of a can. Would not recommend it.

Oh my goodness....this was the best place to eat!! I had breakfast at Rainbow and I will state, it was the best breakfast ever!! The pumpkin bread french toast was unbelievable. Everything on the menu was just amazing. Every meal that was brought to other customer's tables looked delicious. A very quaint and friendly place. I'm visiting Ft. Collins again... More

The food was overpriced and underwhelming. The staff was unprofessional. The clientele were rude. The atmosphere had a air of superiority about it. Perfect if you'd like a side of overpriced tempeh next to your egg whites, as you stick your nose up at the servers who are slowly getting over last night's rager. Good idea for a restaurant, but... My family and I had a delicious breakfast at Rainbow. The menu had a lot of different options, many vegetarian, so the entire family really enjoyed their breakfast. The coffee was good as was the service. We will be back.

Looked forward to dining at this attractive little mostly vegetarian restaurant, based on suggestions from friends. It's a delightfully decorated former home, with plenty of seating and pleasant decor. The menu is a little pricey for standard breakfast fare, but then, that seems to be the trend. My wife and I ordered a la carte, and I looked forward to... More

I used to go to the Rainbow for breakfast in the 80's and always got the same thing...a spinach omelette covered with cheese and marinara sauce (quite unique). I was recently back in town after 22 years, and low and behold, they had the same omelette on the menu! It was still great along with the homemade toast, but I... More

I love the rainbow. It s not a five star, but always a four for good and wholesome food ..you can eat organic, vegan, gluten free, or add on calories and meat. Unique menu for breakfast and linchpin a beautiful setting...buy a bottle of the Horsetooth hot sauce. It's the best. Six varieties. Enjoy the food at the end of... More

So many good breakfast and lunch options! We went on New Year's day and were lucky to get a table before they got even busier as the morning went on. Nice coffee and quick service. Plenty of veggie options which I appreciate.
