This restaurant is closed. No longer open. I don't know what else to say. Trip Advisor requires 100 characters.

Split the Pulled Pork Sandwich. Delish! Hold it up, let all the flavorful drippings drain off, then savor the non guilty pleasure of what remains. That leaves room for the creamy Cheddar Potato Soup. Nap time:D

Quick service and the people behind the counter are very friendly. Biscuits and gravy were great and it was extremely quick to eat there

Never knew this place existed until today. We were traveling from Denver to Snowmass Village and stopped for a bite to eat. What a nice treat! The food was homemade and the soups yummy. This restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch.

We were passing through this area on our way to Denver and found this great, small eatery. We had the Inexpensively priced breakfast sandwich on their homemade wheat roll with egg, cheddar and bacon. The roll was dense and tasty, the egg was rolled over the yummy cheddar and the bacon was crisp just how we like it.

We came here based on the great reviews and were not disappointed. We had 2 different sandwiches and one personal pizza and they were all great! I would not miss stopping here if staying in Frisco or even passing through. You can't go wrong here.

Our party of 10 went to Summit Eatery for lunch. We were a little cramped but had no problems. Flatbread sandwiches and flatbread pizza were good. Southwestern flatbread brunch special was excellent. Three people ordered pancakes after a recommendation from another patron, and they were excellent. Potato cheddar soup was just OK. Not a cheap lunch (about $10 per person... More

There was a good selection for breakfast and the prices were lower than at the hotel. The preparation was as requested and variations to suit taste seemed easy to arrange.
