The sushi was about average for what I have experienced in Grand Junction. Nothing better, nothing worse than anywhere else in town. My friend had the chicken teriyaki and raved about it saying it was the best she has ever had. Prices were great. Very casual laid back atmosphere.

Kunikos is a small little restaurant in a little strip mall. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. They make everything fresh, so allow enough time it is not "fast food". Love going.

My husband and a friend went to Kuniko's on a recent trip to Grand Junction and really enjoyed their meal. My husband, a vegetarian, had edamame, miso soup and avocado sushi, and his friend had non-vegetarian sushi. Both really liked the meal and the friendly service. We will definitely eat here when we next pass through Grand Junction!

Small friendly limited menu restaurant. The owner is right there doing everything, so sometimes patience is required. Food is good and consistent. Reasonably priced.
