Fantastic restaurant with delicious fresh pasta and creative dishes. The desserts looked amazing, too!

Great food and drinks without breaking the bank. Wednesday is half price wine with a great selection. Service was very knowledgeable and attentive. Nice decor and relaxing atmosphere.

Really nice dinner here on a busy Saturday night. We walked in without a reservation and after some hasty checking and initially saying they were full, they managed to fit us in. We have visited Il Bistro Italiano numerous times over the last couple of years. The food is consistently very good, although just a touch salty for my taste. They really shine with turning seasonal produce and local specialties in amazing dishes. This is a place not to miss in Grand Junction.

The rosetta is so good I can never make myself try anything else. Perfectly tasty sauce and delightful melt-in-youy-mouth pasta. And the desserts. chocolate cherry torte, lavender cheese cake......... I've been a little more adventurous with these, and every one has been delightful

The Food is Exquiste, the Service the very Best and the Owners are TOPS... especially Ron! He is the gentleman that greets you, and will even kiss the Lady's hand, Wow! What more attention can one ask for??? They really deserve a Special Award!
