Despite the occasional undercooked steak, we have always had good luck with this place. The food is well priced and they have a large menu full of delicious sides and options.
I've eaten in other Texas Roadhouse restaurants and this one was very good. Dined on a Friday night so the wait was about 30 minutes, but seated promptly when a table was available. Waitress friendly and helpful. Food cooked as ordered and plentiful. Prime rib was great! Casual, but lively atmosphere with a bit of noise, so if you seek... More

A bit crowded and lots of kids but we were seated quickly and the server came (relatively) quickly and then our meals seemed to be almost instantaneously delivered. We have eaten at several Texas Roadhouses in Texas where we live, but the Roadhouse in Pueblo is the best!!! I am not much of a beef... More
This was a terrific place for a meal on Sunday night. Good price, good portions, good quality, good service.
