Several visits to this delightfully located restaurant looking over the Arkansas River were consistently disappointing. The food varied from disappointing to just acceptable. Service varied from better than average to don't they know or care that we're here. There are better choices in Salida unless all you want is a good view while you dine.

I am not sure it was named BH Cantina. I just recall the hotel referring me to "the Boathouse". Nice place, right on the river, outside dining great view and good food.
