Stopped in last Saturday night, about 10:30pm. Pretty much the only place in town you can get food this late so we weren't expecting a 5 star experience. I had been here before, but had not eaten at this location, just drinks. The food arrived quickly, was average at best. The place was dirty. Floor in the dining room was... More

I honestly don't think that I've ever seen so many menu items at any restaurant anywhere as they have here. It just goes on for pages and pages--Italian, BBQ, Chinese, burgers, etc. The building and parking lot are enormous. The location is at the exit from Rt. 84. On a recent Sunday evening, nearly every table was taken when we arrived... More

I had a Cobb Salad with blackened chicken. It was large and tasty BUT when packing leftovers for home waitress informed she had added some dressing to go as well. Did not tell me I was charged extra for it. It was a small charge so no big deal, stil...

We've been to the Southbury Maggie McFly's about 6 times over the past 7 or 8 years, with three times being on St Patrick's Day, primarily to listen to the Pipes and Drums from Waterbury, and the food and service were always decent. Unfortunately, this time around, I can't say the same. Our server was nice, but she needed to... More

Unbelievable, as soon as we were seated the hostess read us the rules of dining in Maggie's...no joke the rules! She explained we have 90 min to eat. That they start a timer when they seat a guest and you have 90 min to be done eating and leave. secondly everyone has to purchase at least an $11 item. Not... More

We were in the mood for a nosh and a glass of wine, so we ordered the sampler with spinach and arichoke dip, chicken wings and (I think) egg rolls or something along those lines. The platter also comes with cut fresh veggies and bread for dipping. The dip was really good and the portion was generous. The wings defintely... More

My daughter (age 11) and I were saying at The Heritage Hotel nearby. I wanted a restaurant that wasn't uber expensive. I had heard of Maggie McFly's and asked about it at the hotel front desk. They gave me a copy of easy directions to the restaurant. The restaurant is decorated like a TGIF type chain and was busy on... More

This is a chain restaurant but does not give you that feeling. The menu is large and has something for everyone. I have tried something different each time and have enjoyed all of the things I tried.
