thankfully we had a newspaper ! we had three cups of coffee before the meals arrived. Never mind, what's the rush! Our breakfast was delicious, the staff delightful . And our dog was welcome on the patio. It was not inexpensive , therefore food presentation should be more considered.

On a recent visit to Boca Grande, we were looking for a place to have breakfast and came across the 3rd Street Cafe. My wife , my sister-in-law and I were seated outdoors on the charming patio and ordered their "Boca Breakfast". We all found the food to be exceptional--high quality and prepared perfectly. Our waiter was very pleasant, and... More

While visiting Boca Grande for a week, we tried a different restaurant every night. Third Street Cafe was far and away our favorite. Two of us had the rack of lamb which was cooked perfectly and delicious. My husband is still raving about the lobster and scallop pot pie and our other friend loved the stuffed shrimp. The mussel starter... More

The food was really good and it looked fabulous on the other customer's plates, too, BUT it took an hour and a half for the people behind us to get served their breakfast and others were complaining, as well. They were probably just overwhelmed and, frankly, I enjoyed the charming South African waiter, in his lilting accent, explaining and apologizing.

We had a table in the lovely back courtyard area. Sampled many items, including omelet (huge) pancakes (3 large), a waffle, eggs with sausage and grits (needed salt!) and fresh fruit. Had a nice breakfast with our 2 teenagers. A little slow with the coffee refills. Would go back again.

I was taking a drive around Boca Grande early one morning to explore the area on the recommendation of a friend after dropping them off at the airport. As I hadn't eaten yet, I looked for a place to have breakfast. I found the Third Street Cafe. I took a seat on their back patio even though it looked like... More

We were part of a party of a eight. Our waiter was helpful and personable. We say outside on a chilly night and made sure the outside heaters were fired and he provided blankets to those in our party that wanted them. We ordered a variety of entrees - fish, beef, ravioli - and all were enjoyable. The starters were... More

So they fit us in the day of, on Friday night and we had a great dinner outside. It was 'cold' that night but they have heaters and it was perfect. Great wine, great food, great service. We will definitely go back next time we are in Boca-which is frequent...

We had such a lovely lunch date today at the 3rd Street Cafe, in Boca Grande. My husband and I have been coming here, for years, since it was Loons on a Limb. Pam, was our waitress, and she made our experience today extra special. We loved how she chatted with us, and talked to us about the area, and... More
