“How do you screw up breakfast?”

I'll tell you...You use that cheap, food-service spray oil on top of ladles full of same...just to make it easy to clean the flat top when breakfast is over....and you send your customers running for the bathroom again and again for the rest of the day........

No,wingmanusn, I don't know what caused your running to the bathroom again and again but we do not use cheap, food-service spray oil on our grill or at all in Jim's Place. Be sure of what you think you know before you serve your own thoughts. Thank you. More

This restaurant is one of my favorite spots to it for breakfast! Good food ,really good service.. If you dont see it on the menu, ask...Real family atmosphere. Only drawback, its cash only so be prepared...

“Good Value - Service ???”

Food is a good value --- they only accept cash (be prepared). The one complaint I've always had about this place is getting coffee refills. They make it seem like such a chore to come around periodically with fresh coffee. Seems you always have to ask --- a lot of times even when sitting at the counter.

If you are looking for a good old fashioned breakfast in a clean but old fashioned diner stype resturant . . . Jim's Place is it! From the healthy omlets to the good old cold certial to the sausage and gravy, it is all available and prepared to perfection.

Perfect southern breakfast! Best oatmeal and best biscuits and gravy in town! My favorite is b&g topped with eggs, ham, and cheese. Omg

We have been going there at least once a week for several months for breakfast. Excellent staff, excellent service. No skimping on their breakfasts! Sausage Gravy like granny made! Worth the wait if there is a line. One of our favorite breakfast hangouts!

We are a local breakfast and lunch diner. We have been in business since 1978 so apparently we are doing something right.
