I meet regularly at Kelly's for their Happy Hour, between 1600 and 1900 hours. Kelly's makes the best Margarita's bar none. And their bar menu and chicken wings are to dance about.

We have been going here for their great Happy Hour for 15 years. Great drinks, wings and other appetizers. Only complaint is female bartender never smiles or interacts with customers. Gives the impression she hates her job. We tried more than once as anyone can have a bad day but she was surly every time.

When it rains in KW, it POURS and there was no better way to spend the afternoon than in Kelly's Restaurant. We ate there on our first night based on a recommendation and were not disappointed in the least. The food was very fresh and the value was excellent. We had the snapper and jerk chicken and we'd order both again. Microbrews were also excellent.

Pros: Great Happy Hour- prices are very reasonable. Key Lime Margaritas are terrific; good beer selection, but microbrews lack body. 1/2 price on appetizers; Buffalo chicken wings are excellent.
