Can't go wrong here with great food (steaks !!!) and wonderful views with outdoor seating available. Service was tops too! Highly recommend!
Sorry, this steakhouse did nothing for us. With Wolfgangs one block away, the Capital Grille and the Edge a $5 cab ride away, and Smith & Wollenskys, Red and One Twelve over the Causeway - just can't recommend this overpriced wanna be.
This is an upmarket restaurant experience. The wines we chose were perfection. We had a beautiful meal of lamb chops. As we had had steak night before. This is an excellent steak house. The hashbrown was called jumbo. It really is to share! And best ever had!! Delicious asparagus. Mash. The creme brûlée is enough to share. The service impeccable.... More
I was invited for lunch to this restaurant and we ordered the Miami Spice Menu items. In short, both items were a far cry from the quality I would expect from a restaurant that charges such prices. Being the Miami Spice menu I made my choices of the shrimp bisque, the grilled chicken kebab and the chocolate mousse. The shrimp... More
We came upon chop house to have dinner as we were looking for a restaurant with good steak. The prices are way too high and the steaks dont come with any sides. You have to order and pay $8 for each side... The waitress was snooty and rude. Inside they had a private party going and there were drunk people... More
I feel bad that I'm reviewing this 7 months since my visit! It slipped my mind. Anyway, we ate here in late December and it was fantastic. We were with a huge group and the restaurant was so accommodating. Before coming, we had spent the previous day eating garbage and getting taking advantage of in South Beach. Stopping off at... More
For this price I would have expected a whole lot more. The steak was nothing special and the service was just so- so. We were with a large group, but the overall restaurant was not that crowded. After having read a few of the reviews, I now know why.
We were in Miami with family and the JW Marriott recommend that we eat here. We had a table for 10 and were sat at 5:30 on a Sunday. There was only ONE other table in the entire restaurant and the service took FOREVER! We laughed at how bad the service was - they gave half the table menus, some... More
After disappointment at Zuma, we tried to the Chophouse. The staff was so friendly. We enjoyed sushi and surf & turf. The drinks were great and were not watered down. You never felt rushed to leave. I loved sitting where you could watch what was going on in the city by you. Totally recommend going here.
I had placed my reservation over the phone with a young lady with a great helpful voice. It was my first time going to the place so I ended up getting lost and had to call her back. She provided me directions when I was in the area. It wasn't the place I expected to be, however, when I walked... More
