My mother & I just stopped in for coffee while visiting Mt. Dora on a rainy afternoon. Enjoyed our coffees as the service was great. Although we didn't have any of their sweets, they did look delicious. Maybe next time.

I love the free wifi! I am able to work from there while I enjoy the perfect morning sipping on coffee... Their food is good, my favorite is the chicken salad. I highly recommend this perfectly located cafe. They have soups, salads, sandwiches, coffee, wine, and soft drinks. Friendly staff ;)

This hidden treasure is wonderful. Food was great and we so enjoyed sitting on the balocony overlooking the downtown area. Just head up the stairs and you will find a hidden gem.

Mt Dora has been preserved from over development. No building in the place is allowed to be more than three stories high and so the old-world charm remains and to this is added an arty feel. There are antique shops, slow-food restaurants, local artists and boat trips on the lake. One Flight Up fits this scene well. It has a... More

My husband and I stumbled upon "One Flight Up" by chance, after noticing some people sitting at outside tables on an upper floor above one of Mt. Dora's main street businesses. It was a nice day, and we thought it would be a great place to take a break and do some people watching. What we actually stumbled upon was... More

On a short ( one overnight visit ) to Mount Dora my friends and I were interested primarily in spending time together talking and weren't looking for "fine dining". Thanks to a suggestion from our hosts at The Farnsworth House BandB we climbed the stairs and found ourselves at One Flight Up. With a warren of rooms available and a... More

I had been here before, but just for husband to have a coffee. This visit was for lunch and what a great choice! Both my friend & I ordered the 1/2 sandwich & soup. The Tomato Basil Bisque is offered every day, today's soup of the day was Irish Potato. We both ordered 1/2 ham sandwich, they were absolutely delicious,... More

After reading their sign "take menu and have a seat waiter will be with you" we did as the sign says. We sat in a beautiful, welcoming room and waited. After 20 min of waiting we finally get a waitress, who looks as though she hates her job. Newsflash everyone hates their job, fake it to make it. A few... More

I been here for over 30 mins and so far I've only gotten my hot tea and the coffee my friend ordered. I wonder how long does it take to make a salad and a sandwich. By the way they place wasn't even busy so we had to leave.
