Chef Norman made a name for himself with his restaurant that was in Coral Gables Fl for many years. I ate there several times and always enjoyed it. His restaurant in the Ritz has evolved, but his style of mixing Latin American and American food is what makes him different than most chefs. The restaurant is very elegant. You sit... More

The food was wonderful and fresh. My wife and I were not particularly hungery, but we wanted to try it while we stayed. It was wonderful. They even alowed us to split the food which can be difficult in these high end restaurants. They did it with a smile and it was great.

I bit pricy, but well worth the cost. I loved the menu, and couldn't resist the Mongolian Veal Chop. Outstanding! Great wine list and unbelievable servive. If you are in the area and want a first rate dinner, go!

This is a wonderful gem in a town that good food is hard to find. The menu changes with the seasons but always offers amazing, chef prepared meals. Great service and wine list!

I believe the dish I ordered was the pork Havana. It was absolutely amazing! Never have I had pork done like this before. For dessert I had a chocolate cake dish, that had a bit of spice to it. Sounded odd at first, but it was absolutely amazing. If you can get David as your waiter, I highly recommend doing... More

I was on a business trip with two colleagues and my wife while staying at the JW Marriott. The front desk hostess suggested dinner at the Ritz for something different. I wish that she had suggested we make a reservation, too! There was a wedding party and it was busy, but they made time for us.Two in our party had... More

I'm a parent & sometimes it's nice to get away from the screaming kids. Especially in a place like Orlando! And I have to admit, Im kind of a sucker for elegant hotels like the Ritz, with stellar decor and ambiance... there is something special about walking in that gets me every time! With that being said, this doesn't always... More

Once again, a great dinner at Norman's. Every bite was succulent. The foie gras French toast was outstanding, according to my husband (I won't eat it b/c I feel sorry for the force fed geese.) The shrimp appetizer was very tasty and I liked the table side preparation. Service was perfect. A great evening.
