The food and service was good. They appeared to be under-staffed on a Saturday morning for Breakfast, which shouldn't happen at a Marriott property.
This place is hard to find unless you are staying at the resort or golfing on the nine hole course. I've really enjoyed lunch here several times, great burgers. But this trip we decided to have dinner as our round of golf ran late. I was very pleasantly surprised with our dinner on Saturday night. I had the filet and... More
Great breakfast venue for the family. Good selection, quality ingredients, friendly service, and it's a clubhouse, so an excellent ambiance!
Bartender wasn't as talkative as you would think...perhaps just me. Great service / manager Peter White was fantastic. We also ordered Pizza Hut right from the bar stool and delivered right to us - which was a nice touch. Overall it was great service.
Always stay at the grande vista and do our morning walk around the property- Stop in for our family breakfast- wonderful patio overlooking the golf course, quiet and calm and beautiful. Great service and menu- Fair prices and great food- Extremely enjoyable- not a negative here- Great addition to a wonderful resort!!
It pains me to say it, but I just dont think its worth the money. The menu is limited, the food is poor. As owners at Grande Vista we always pay the Grill a visit ( it was no better as Nicks Grill ). Even the recent revamp of the menu has done little to improve things.
We stayed at the Grande Vista Resort and the first evening we decided to try "The Grill" at the golfcourse. The meal was very good from the salad to the swordfish special. Our server, Jorge, was attentive and we enjoyed his suggestions for dinner. We came back on our last evening in Orlando and the food and service (again we... More
They have a pretty standard grill menu, but their fries are super tasty and so are their buffalo chicken wraps. A little expensive for a pool bar but totally worth it if you're really hungry and want something pub related. Service was great as well.
Ate here for breakfast, the pancakes were nice, the ham and cheese omelette was good but the best thing was my daughters "chefs hat" decorating and then she got to decorate her own buttermilk pancakes with 6 toppings! Great service and nice and relaxed atmosphere.
We ordered the Ahi Tuna Sashimi for an appetizer and it was outstanding. I ordered the steak salad and my daughter ordered a special Wagyu burger with a fried egg on it. She said it was the best burger she'd ever had. I got to have one bite and it was delish. Setting typical of a golf resort upscale restaurant.
