PROS: extremely friendly wait staff and Manager; clean and bright Super good prices; tasty food and milkshakes CONS: none

We always eat at the Steak 'n Shake near Downtown Disney when we go to Orlando. Food is always good. If they are crowded, service can be unpredictable. Great alternative to the many more expensive eateries and to the less expensive but not-so-good restaurants.

Had a bacon burger, it's freshly cooked but bland. Fries had an unpleasant aftertaste. Service friendly enough and well priced but food just not up to scratch.

They make the 'best' milkshakes, so many different choices ~ it's hard to decide which one to have! Burgers are home made and you can taste the difference -delicious. Never had a bad experience there and the staff are always really nice and friendly.

Have to stop here for a milkshake! These places are clean, kid-friendly and inexpensive. Ok, it's not the healthiest place in the world to eat, but if you're looking at stopping for fast food, this beats them all!

After driving all day we wanted to get a quick dinner before checking into our room at Disney. We tried the Steak & Shake. What a mistake. Terrible way to start a vacation. Slow service, bad food and really nasty people eating there. Most S&S I have been to in Georgia are pretty good for fast food. Not this one.... More

Burger, fries and drink less than $4.....what more could you ask for? The milk shakes are awesome. Kids meals are about $3.....Good food..and they serve breakfast!!

They stay open 24 hours, which is why we ate there three times during our stay. The food was great, but they aren't real fast. Orders were accurate, good value, and the staff was friendly. We will go there again and recommend them to others.

Food is better than denny's for a late night chow. Being late night it can be service challenged since it is difficult to hire for that shift at the wages they pay. Food is solid and worth putting up with the rest.
