While we were eating our appetizers we saw a cockroach crawl across the wall. We told the manager and they offered to move us. After experiencing that I expected getting something comped. I payed $130 to eat with insects crawling around

After read a couple of condescending reviews I felt I needed to add my review of Jackson's.
Quite frankly I feel it is the best that Pensacola has to offer.
A small restaurant with a dedicated staff and a great chef!
Every time my husband and I have come here they are very friendly, accommodating, and just do a fantastic...

A nice little restaurant. If you want a good streak this is the place to go in this town. Nothing will blow you away but it's a nice place to eat. A forgettable meal
I was there on Tues the 4th. The Veal Strip was like "butta"! The Foie Gras melts in your mouth! PLEASE GO! Tell all!
My boyfriend and I had an amazing dining experience at Jackson's! We were promptly greeted and sat. Our waiter was very very informational about the dinner options. We dined on a Tuesday which is "Prime Time Tuesday". We both got a 16 oz. prime rib with a baked potato and seasonal veggies for 19.95. Best steak I have ever had!...

The food was very good and the service was excellent. No complaints at all...it was pricy, but worth it!
I have been here twice , since moving here a year ago. Both were for special events. Neither were particularly notable, either in presentation or preparation. I will give them one more try, next time ordering one of there signature steaks. My standard is Peter Lugar's in Brooklyn and my own grill with meat I get from a specialty local...

The waiter was very knowledgable of the menu and took...

The food is delicious -- perfectly cooked and served. The atmosphere inside as well as the servers and bartenders are all awesome. We will be back for sure. What a great night!
While hosting an important business function, we settled on Jackson's Steakhouse for dinner. (recommended by a Navy Admiral) Oh my gosh, was I impressed! The food was absolutely to die for...while I ordered fish (and it was excellent), the steak (which I normally don't eat) was mouth-watering and succulent. And the wine selection was superb. I would recommend this place...
