Very casual and absolutely unique. There is no place like the Raw Bar when visiting the Forgotten Coast. Great prices on delicious local seafood. Excellent selection of beers and the staff is unbelievable.

This was a fun place to go for dinner. It is definitely a dive but you have to eat here if you are in the area. I love the self-service for the drinks. I also like that they have a large variety of hot sauces on the table rather than just the typical Tabasco which I am not fond of.... More

It’s certainly not fine dining, but you get huge portions of delicious seafood at good value prices in a relaxed atmosphere. We loved the baked oysters and spider crab. Not for vegetarians; the only green food here is the key lime pie!

Following guide suggestion I wander to this Oyster bar in the middle of nowhere! And I taste better (and cheaper, 8$ for a dozen) oyster in my life. Staff is very kind and amusing. It was a mirage through our trip on the road to South of Florida. Near toilets you can find a big map of the world -... More

A very casual local spot, but awesome raw oysters fresh from the bay! A MUST if you are traveling through the Forgotten Coast area.

Very relaxed with weekend live music. Menu limited but quality and freshness of shrimp and oysters is outstanding. We wanted to eat there every nite!

If you're looking for fine dining - go some where else. If you're looking for quiet tables, place settings, elaborate side dishes and the like you have come to the wrong place. If you're interested in an authentic dining experience then a visit here is a must. The furniture is plastic. The restaurant is loud. The menu is simple. But... More

We'd heard good things about this bar come diner but walked down with a bit of trepidation. We shouldn't have worried as the place was relaxed and friendly. Yes the food comes when it's ready, and you help yourself to beer, but the atmosphere is great and the food immensely good value for money. We ordered the crab legs (some... More

Not much of a seafood guy, so my review is a little biased. Food quality was excellent and wait time wasn't terrible. I was a little turned off at how many children were in the somewhat cramped shack, but it wasn't a deal breaker for the quality and price of the food. You won't find this quality of seafood for... My wife went to this little "hole in the wall" when I got a tip from one of the locals in Apalachicola. We had been camping out on a trip to Cape San Blas. She warned us that it was very informal. We drove up when the sun was setting. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with a live singer.... More
