We went for Sunday Brunch and had a wonderful time. We opted for a table outside and had a delicious meal with a fabulous view of the ocean. Our waiter was excellent too! Great company and a fun day!

Dropped in on a rather 'happening' Thursday night in Vero Beach for a latish dinner. Walked in to a live act playing near the bar and several of Vero's middle aged and silver population enjoying themselves.
Very friendly and engaging staff- the hostess eagerly accomodated our request to sit outside (the noise and the AC indoors was a bit much...

I am so glad that you dined with us, seems like our staff was very helpful and friendly which I am very proud of, however it sounds like you didn’t see the value in your meal. Our chef is a fanatic about buying local, super-fresh ingredients which can make dishes on the menu feel a bit on the pricey...

I dined in Cobalt on Feb 13, by myself and savored the local pan roasted grouper. As I was waiting between courses, I perused the lunch menu because I was taking old friends out for lunch. We had dinner and breakfast at Cobalt, and it was good, but not mind-blowing. When it comes to food at a Kimpton hotel, I expect mind-blowing (eg. Brabo at The Lorien in Alexandria, VA....which is WOW!). For dinner, drink service was very slow, and there were just too many mistakes in terms of food quality and service for the price...

Absolutely so good. Four of us had dinner on Friday night ordering three different selections from their menu. The other couple live in San Francisco and all four of us were raving, just raving about the food. It was truly excellent and the whole experience was just superb. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Our table was completely ignored and I had to ask to be attended too. The view right on the beach is fantastic and the food is really good (a little pricey though), but we were really disappointed with the service.

We booked this restaurant for dinner just from the photo. Usually the photos are deceiving. This place exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere was elegant yet comfortable.
