We took a chance on this strip mall, hidden gem, Thanks to the Trip Advisor reviews! Italian Grill was not too far from I-95 for us to meet our NY friends staying in S.Fla. The food and prices will not disappoint. Even this vegan had a hearty meal!

I have never had a bad meal in this restaurant. Very good value for the quality of the food. A menu is full of variety. Atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired, but food quality outweighs those concerns. Some of the best recipes and tasting Italian food in the area.

My friends and I eat out often and this is one of our favorites. Everything is good. If you like desserts you will enjoy their large selection. The location and prices make it a great anecdote to olive garden. I have never had bad service or food here in 20 years now that iI think about it.

We ate here 6 times during our 2 week Vero beach trip! The food is wonderful! My husband and I would go back to Vero Beach just for this restaurant. Good Service, very comfortable, friendly staff, and as I said absolutely yummy!!!!

Large portions. Fresh, fresh, tomatoes. Great ingredients. We had salads, parmegianas and pasta. They made my pasta to order. It was just a Fettucine Alfredo with Clams, but it was a nice gesture. The kids' pastas were really good and tasted like homemade Italian cooking. Not particularly cheap, but not overpriced either.

Large servings, great Italian food at a really nice price. The only problem is that parking is sometimes an issue...they honor Restaurant.com coupons.
