I brought my mother and sister here for a Valentine's dinner while I was visiting them. The restaurant was excellent in every way. I reserved a table online, and when I called to request a table not near a door the hostess was very accommodating. When we arrived we were seated promptly. It was a Saturday night so that was... My family went here for Christmas Eve dinner, and everything was excellent! The food, the service, the atmosphere is amazing. I had the spinach salad which was prepared table side and was delicious. I also had the 6oz filet which was prepared exactly to my liking and the waiter suggested having it "butterflied" which made it even more tender. This... More

Ate there last Saturday and the food was amazing. Started with the crabcakes. We got two to share with our party of four. They were all meat and very lightly fried, on top of a delicious white beurre sauce. Amazing! We also had the long stem artichoke hearts appetizer, four nice sized 1/2 hearts served on a white sauce. Also... More

If you are looking for a romantic, quiet, childfree restaurant...this is your place. This restaurant does not allow children under the age of 18. You will not hear any crying babies in this place. My husband and I love to go to Viande Rounge for special occassions. The food is very different. I ordered the escargot expecting it to be... More

When you read reviews, look at the menu and make a plan you are expecting to have a grand time and eat excellent food. We were a group of four, two couples who each drove 25 miles from different directions to rendezvous at Viande Rouge. The good part was that we were celebrating a happy event. The mussels and french... More

We were excited to find a French cuisine restaurant for our special celebration. The reviews gave it a high rating and the menu looked enticing and French. Of all the dishes we tried, I would say three were excellent...pommes frites, moules meuniere, and spinach salad. Everything else was very disappointing and definitely not real French cuisine. The service was uneven and at... More

We love the sister restaurant next door 141 Trattoria but this place was a disappointment. I will say the wine list and the french fries are amazing. But, the entrees were somewhat institutional and lacked continuity on the plate. How do you mess up Wagyu beef?

Vianda Rouge is very rich food - great sauces a bit expensive but a treat. The are noted for their richmeats. Service is very good- it is a special occasion place.

Our first visit. We live down the street and have seen the reviews so we decided to try it this past Friday night. The one word that summarizes this place is -- "ODD". The clientele was odd, the atmosphere was odd, and the whole feel of the restaurant was just odd. I would have rather driven 20 minutes to Buckhead... More
