Nice place, but seemed spendier than the level of the food and environment. Really good place for a business client lunch or dinner.

Never bad food here and the service is excellent. Plan on spending a while though, but this spot is designed for a lingering meal anyway. Take time and enjoy!
This is the place to take a friend from out of town or a first date. The place is extremely cozy and laid back and the staff is always polite.
The waitstaff were attentive but not hovering, the atmosphere was very pleasant and quite so we could talk comfortably. The food was supurb. My husband and I had Ceasar salad followed by the Alaskan Halibut, pan fried with a Macadamia nut crust and coconut chablis cream sauce. We chose the sweet potato fries as a side and It was all...

This classic downtown Boise eatery is the one place to eat if you only get one night in Boise. If everyone were as consistent as Angell's, the world would be a better place to live. If the weather is nice, the patio is makes for magical afternoons and evenings.

The mainstay of Downtown Boise, an icon in it's own right. The service has always been top notch and the food back's up it's renowned reputation. A special treat to sit out in the vine covered patio on a summer evening listening to great local talent. Make sure to catch the Cooper River Salmon when on the fresh list.
Great spinach salad, but there steaks were perfect! Highly recommend
My husband and I dined here on a Wednesday evening around 7pm. The dining room tables were about 3/4 occupied. The wait-staff was awesome! The atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. Filet was cooked to perfection and topped with mushrooms. Served with baked potato and mixed veggies of asparagus, broccoli and carrots. Chicken Savoy was amazing in flavor! So moist and...

Best atmosphere in town. It's elegant, romantic, dark and for the most part quiet. Excellent for a night out with a significant other or a great impression on the first date. Fabulous food. $$$
