had driven around looking for this place a couple times and couldn't find it. Today I went to tripadvisor and wrote down the address. It is a corner house with real estate "for sale" signs on it and nothing else. I don't know when it closed but looks as if were some time ago. We went to plan "B" instead.

I am not Italian, but I play one on TV. This was not an authenticly cooked Italian meal. Let me count the ways:
1) The bread =4 commercial doughy dinner rolls in a basket, served without individual bread & butter dishes;
2)The dinner salad = slathered in bottled dressing; served in unattractive individual wooden bowls;

I was so surprised to find such a complete selection of italian goods, meats, and cheeses at this local market. The coffee is superb and the shopping as good as it gets this side of NYC.

Rosa is great. She makes good food and is very warm and friendly (with a little NY bite) to everyone. Try the lobster ravioli.

If this was Brooklyn, my Italian American hubby's old stomping ground, Rosa's would be the "neighborhood place". What a delightful, delicious little place this is where pride of ownership from owner Tina-Marie abounds! We wish we could pick up the business and bring it to our neighborhood.
Tina-Marie Schultz is of Italian heritage (the business is named for her grandmother)...
