Loved food and service. Parking can sometimes be a challenge. Wgen one is satisfied and happy after a meal what else is there to say?

The room is simple, but charming. Hardwood floors & exposed brick. The food is absolutely top notch with the best beef carpaccio & bolognese I've ever had, anywhere! Casual enough to eat here on a regular basis, but great for special occasions, too. Service is excellent and wine list is very good.

Great food and service, It is always a surprise on how good Campagnola is every time we dine there. It is very kid friendly.

The key (maybe main) advantage of campagnola over restaurant in the similar price range in Evanston is the atmosphere. Some other restaurants are too quiet, especially in the middle of the week -- which is ok for a romantic dinner but not for any occasion. We recently celebrated our youngest's high school graduation. The staff is amazing and accomodating. we wanted to dine in more of a european style and they gladly accepted out request to order one course at a time and share. Two and a half hours later, we left completely sated! everyones food was great.
