we only had time for a quick lunch but everything was very tasty, presented very nicely and the building and decor was very interesting. Would definitely dine there again.

We have visited Vinny's on our semi-annual trips to Galena through the years, but have been disappointed lately that neither the food or service is what it once was. We are hopeful that they will return to better quality on both accounts.
A very unique atmosphere with yummy pasta dishes. If you want pizza - you are at the wrong place. The Garlic Bread was also very good.
On Saturday, May 4th, my wife and I had dinner at Vinny Vanucchi’s Italian
restaurant in Galena, IL. We had eaten there a few years back on a week day but never dined there previously on a weekend. The food is very good and the service is also good. We had their “special” for that evening of egg plant which...

I went for lunch with my sister and was so pleased with the atmosphere of this place. It's quiet and quaint. I was on a limited budget so I chose the cup of tomato basil soup and we both shared the garlic bread. I only paid a few dollars for the soup so I wasn't expecting much, but the portion...

If you're a fan of good Italian food, or The Rat Pack, this place is for you! Dine inside or out, the food and the atmosphere is right out of little Italy!
This is a great local find in Galena. Excellent food; Italian. Affordable prices with most dishes under $20 a plate. Has an quaint feel and you can either dress casually or dress nicer for special occasions. The garlic bread is amazing.
We stopped in to Vinny's for a quick bite to eat when we got into town. I love Italian food so this was naturally up my alley. The Alfredo was amazing and a great price.
I have found my new favorite restaurant!! If only I didn't live 6 hours away! My favorite food is Italian so I feel like I am a harsh critic when it comes to pasta. I had no left overs and wanted more! Not a thing we found wrong with the whole meal from start to finish!!
