Great Italian food and super atmosphere. We love dining in the bar area. So many good food items to choose from and the bread they serve is so fresh. Can't wait to visit again.
I eat in Johnny Carino's each year when I visit Muncie for the National Model Airplane Championships. The food here is OK a step above the fare that is served at the Olive Garden. Being a New Yorker I am accustomed to eating in some of the better Italian restaurants here in NYC. When traveling outside NYC Italian cuisine becomes... More
This is a good to average restaurant. This was the first time back to this restaurant since about 3 yrs ago. I wasn't impressed back then, due to some serving issues and food quality that evening. However, my family and i I enjoyed the entrees. The prices are average to comparable restaurants, depending on your taste and size of portions.... More

Food is extremely good. service has been alright. However, every time I've been there, the dishes have been dirty. When you ask for new dishes, they will even bring dishes that are just as dirty as the first ones. I dislike paying $60 for a meal served on dirty dishes.
nice environment, courteous service. food was ok. We enjoyed the appetizer which was nachos..very good.
Have been there twice now and was more than satisfied both times. The pasta was superb and the service was as well. If you like Italian at a reasonable price than you will want to give it a try.
We actually drive an hour to eat here, this is one of the best Carino's. The service has always been great, and the food has always been excellent. This trip did not disappoint! We enjoyed great good from the lunch menu, Italian Margarita's, and dessert. For a chain restaurant this is one of the best in my opinion...forget the "other"... More

Since it was a Sunday and some places were not open, I thought, ugh, I have to go to a "chain" restaurant.......Then I saw Johnny Carino's and thought it looked worth a try. When we got... More
