My wife and I stopped here for dinner. We both ordered their special "Fish Dinner". We were both disappointed as the fish was mostly all breading and contained a small amount of fish. We also thought that the food was quite boring and bland. The salad was good. Our server was a bit strange. This is not a place we... More

The Brass Rail is now totally non-smoking, family room or bar area, the atmosphere is great! I love the Santa Fe chicken salad. Fish and Slaw is also good as is their salad bar! Good place to take business associates!

A very cozy restaurant with delicious, homemade chicken noodle soup, and the fried cod was quite good.

Rachel was a friendly and cheerful waitress. Pleasant, bar atmosphere. My perch was great, Husband's "cod" is now pollock and it was bready and greasy. No comparison to cod they used to serve. We understand they changed. We would go back and order something different.

My husband and I dine here when we are in town. I always get the Fettucini Alfredo because it's the creamiest, cheesiest around. My husband always picks something different and is never disappointed. This is a nice place to hang out with friends or dine on your own. Comfortable atmosphere. Prices are average for the area. Service isn't tops but... More

Great food!! They always seem to have fresh food and lots of food to eat. It great place to friends to drink, relax, and eat. I always stop when I am in town. Very well priced for the food, drinks are little high, but the food, service and atmosphere make up for the extra cost. At night it goes from... More

The "Rail' has the best lunch menu in Northern Indiana. Friday is their famous fish day, and they have daily specials, and a great bar.

My entree was really good and my server was great, but I was uncomfortable in such a smoky dining area. I walked in to the Brass Rail intending to eat at the bar, but it was so smoky I knew that wouldn't work for me. The hostess showed me in to the non-smoking area which was better, but also smoky....
