We had the baked spaghetti dinner delivered to our hotel room. It was fast, cheap and tasty! We'll for sure do it again when we're in town.

Happy Joe's in Dubuque is a classic and hasn't changed in 20 years. I still get excited when I walk in the door and see all of the candy and ice cream. It brings back a flood of memories. The kids enjoy it too. It can be expensive, so watch for coupons.

This is a great place for Pizza, ice cream or sandwiches. Children really enjoy themselves here and it is very child friendly. Food is wonderful. Service is great.

I had bday parties when I was young at Happy Joes Pizza Parlor! Now I am an adult and have moved away but just went back in Sept and had to visit Happy Joes. Still the same wonderful pizza and fun atmosphere. They have great food. And ice cream too!
