We have never had a disapointment at the Champagne. Had steak you could cut with a fork, and the best lobster since we were to a lobster shack in Jamicia. Wonderful waitress and love listening to the piano music. Could not ask for a better dining experience.

We have enjoyed both a dinner and just appetizers at the bar. The halibut is wonderful and I order it over and over again. You are given a glass of champaign when you enter which is a nice touch.

By far the best tasting food in Dubuque! A bit pricey, but well worth it! I had the salmon which was cooked perfectly. The chef came to our table to discuss how he prepared the food and asked our opinion on the preparation...Wonderful!!!

This restraunt is fabulous. It is with out doubt the best/finest food in the area. The staff is as gr8 as the food.

Had high expectations. They weren't met. Atmosphere is beautiful, menu looks great, but service and quality of food was lacking. Maybe just an off night.

The food is excellent, it helps you forget the casino losses.
