A lot of people love Spalding's donuts, but they are just a big grease ball to me. People drive from miles around, stand in long lines, and rave about these donuts - not me. Spalding's has been in Lexington a long time, changed locations recently, and is doing well, They are just not for me.

Spaldings has been around since I was a child. I don't know what they do to the glazed doughnuts, but if you don't get there early you won't either. The line to get them is generally long. and they will sell out.

A unique and very popular bakery. Open weekday mornings, it closes as soon as it sells out of the overnight baked goods - usually by noon. Traditional breads and desserts are very good, fans say excellent. Worth a try to see if you agree.

Bpaldings donuts are easily the best I have ever had. This place is a Lexington landmark and put the likes of Krispy Creme and Dunkin to shame! Make sure you get there early as these donuts do not last long!
