We tried the ceviche of the day (ahi tuna), salbutes (beef/mole, asparagus/havarti/pepitas, slightly roasted tomato/goat cheese), vegetarian burrito, and strawberry shortcake. Everything was exceptionally fresh, perfectly cooked, and well presented.
The mole was my favorite flavor of the meal. The hint of cinnamon was really nice.
