Large building that was almost empty when we were there; it was a tuesday night. Servers were not too helpful; they did not make any suggestions to help us. Not enough time for the drinks; we were served very fast. Food is good however and local products are in evidence. Considered expensive for the product we got.

A tour bus with 50 people pulled in before we arrived and it was crowded and noisy. Nicely dressed folks coming in after church, the tourists from the bus, people on the road (like us) and, unfortunately, some folks with shorts and muscle shirts...c'mon at least a some kind of dress code; this isn't McDonalds! Anyway the food was good,... More

Rushed to make our menu selection. Salad was good. Gumbo subpar especially for the area. Tuna so-so. Green beans tough and cold. Not exactly sure what my wife ordered but she pushed it away. Sad. No comment was made when waitress picked up an untouched plate. Must happen often.

Visited on a Saturday evening when while busy was not crowded. But it seemed they were short staffed as once our order was taken, it took ages to arive, and when it did it was cold - even the baked potatoe. We hope the server would pass by so we could send it back but by the time he did... More

We've been twice in one month and I can't say anything negative about Landry's other that the check total at the end. Then again, we shouldn't eat so much, but the selection is exceptional. Both visits included the Fried Green Tomato App which had a craw-fish etouffee(?) cream sauce over the top that was simply divine. The most recent visit... More

They tried to scam us! We had a "free" appetizer from four square that we used. Instead of presenting us with a check, the waiter came and took my credit card and charged it. When he brought it back to sign there was no itemized copy! I suspected a scam at this point, so I made him bring an itemized... More

Menu needs to have more modestly priced choices and or a light fare option when you don't want so much food and are wanting lower prices. I just got a bowl of gumbo and iced tea and it was over $25.00 and wasn't even very good. I was very disappointed. The waiter was very attentive and feel I got good... More

We really enjoyed the food here. My husband had a crabmeat salad with avacado that he said was very good. I had a half of a fried shrimp poor boy and a bowl of crawfish bisque. Both were good. The bread on the sandwich was nice and crusty and the shrimp were well fried. The bisque was very good, but... More

I vaguely remembered hearing bad things about Landry's; lunch there recently confirmed them. I ordered shrimp and andouille gumbo and an oyster po-boy. After a very long wait the gumbo arrived. It was watery and salty and had a few shrimp but no andouille sausage. When I came across two tiny oysters I realized I had been given the seafood... More
