I had a day trip to Southern Maine today, and made a point to stop by.......I thought the little bakery was darling. Quite a few people came in behind me, and the gentleman behind the counter was VERY patient with my questions, as I was feeling a little rushed...... I settled on a slice of Maine Blueberry (of course!)......to bring... More

Stopped in on a March Saturday, wanted to try the place I'd heard others talking about. My first reaction was surprise at how small it is-- smaller than I had expected. You're not going to get the variety you would in a larger place, but they did have a variety of pieces available by the slice, a selection of cookies... More

Since the opening of the bakery some 20 years ago I've stopped in every other year or so, often dragged in by guests taken in by the"charm." Overpriced. Awful, dry muffins and breads. Surly counterstaff. The Pie's sizes are huge and overfilled making them unwieldy to transport. Also too much spice. Blueberry pie at this shop is a desecration to... More

When on Hwy 1 going or coming between Ogunquit and York, stop off at this tiny bakery. There are many different pies to chose from and they are all excellent. I just had a slice of the lemon cream pie and the apple pie, delicious!

i don't love pie... but i tried Pie in the Sky several years ago with a friend, and became an instant convert. The Jumbleberry pie is like a bowl of berries with a perfect light , flaky crust. There is no syrupy goo that you get in a $15.00 commercial pie. The QUALITY, fresh ingredients and the generous portions more... More

I am a pie lover and this was the best pie I've ever had. For those folks that think it is just way over priced...I would say it is pricey but if you really think you can make a better pie than you best get in the pie making business cuz you will make a fortune. $6 for a slice... More

My husband and I drive an hour to get these out of this world pies. They are the best we have ever had anywhere. Our favorite is the Sour Cream Blueberry Almond Crumb pie. It is heaven! The second best is their Jumbleberry which is a wonderful combination of fresh berries. When you go here you pay for what you... More

We live in Massachusetts and we like to drive up the Maine coast a few times each year. This past weekend we headed up Route 1 and like always we stopped into Pie in the Sky. Since Thanksgiving is near, we did get a raspberry, blueberry and blackberry pie for the holiday. For this weekend we also picked up a... More

Visiting Ogunquit or York, ME you have to stop in. I did & got a delicious Blueberry Muffin filled with ME wild blueberries & a decadent coconut blondie. Moist and packed with coconut, choc chips & nuts. Their pies are to die for & they even sell by the slice. $5.95/slice or $30/pie. Yeah the pies are pricy but the... More

Title says it all. Did it gall me to pay $32 for a pie - a PIE!!! Only once on vacation did I pay more for a dinner (minus drinks and desert! ). BUT! When we got home and tried it - unbelievable! I could not have imagined a better pie. the blueberries were indeed the small wild Maine blueberries.... More
