I ate here today. Was very pleased to see that local and seasonal foods are served here. Especially impressed by the grass feed beef burger. So often restaurants serve beef from CAFOs. Enjoyed asparagus soup and the creamiest mac & cheese ever. Delicious.

We have been going to Hot Suppa since they opened and they never disappoint! Great comfort food that tastes like breakfast at home but so much better! We're from Nashville, TN, so we were understandably skeptical of really good traditional "Soul Food" in Maine.....but we were very happily and pleasantly surprised! Food so good, make you wanna smack yo Momma!! Best collard greens I ever put in my mouth!!

We had the chicken and waffles, and spare ribs with cornbread. Food was absolutely delicious. Loved the atmosphere. Didn't feel like we were in Maine! And our waitress was very friendly.

Had falafel with fried green tomatoes and mac & cheese with peeper and kielbasa. Fresh, delicious and a great value.

Their food and service is good, but it is a bit small inside so get there early if you don't want to wait. It does have a small counter if you're alone.

We visited here for breakfast and had a great meal. If you have the omelet, keep in mind that their 3 egg is more like 4 egg! Nicely done too - no runny eggs...The "home fries" are really shreadded potatoes, but, tasty....get there early, otherwise, you'll be in a line!
