The food here was good but the price was a little too high for what we got compare to other Mexican restaurants. The service was OK, the server came to our table twice, first time to take the order and the second time to bring us the check. Might come back!

Oh my gosh. The soft shrimp chimichanga I ordered--and devoured--was magnificent. A generous dozen large and expertly grilled-to-perfection shrimp were packed into the tortilla with a medley of delicious grilled vegetables. So many Mexican restaurants here in the greater DC area turn out to be Tex Mex or Cuban or Spanish or something other than Calif Mex. Mi Casita has the Calif Mex flavors we've been missing.
