We eat there about weekly, because it has good service, friendly waitstaff who will recommend or not recommend the dishes. Good food and good location.

Went on a Monday, place was pretty empty. Server was very awkward, difficult to communicate with and would disappear. Started with Thai Mussels, pretty good and a Monday special. Server forgot my entree salad, Chicken Cobb, got it after everyone else in my party was finished. The salad was lame and overpriced, I could have thrown it together at home...

The food here is very good and the portions more than ample. I had generous cup of New England clam chowder and an excellent 1/2 tuna salad sandwich (the "light" lunch) and was completely full. The restaurant has a rustic (in the good sense of the word) bar lounge area and interesting, if not extraordinary, menu. There should be something...

First of all, the atmostphere and ambiance in the Harryman House is excellent. They have done a wonderful job using the given space to create an excellent dining experince from the glass sun room, to including the original half-timbered walls of the house. Unlike some restaurants in old houses, you know that you're in a historic home, but it doesn't...

The Grill at Harryman House is our Sunday evening spot for a relaxing, yet slightly upscale meal. The food is always good, the wait staff attentive, and the atmosphere divine. The restaurant is broken into a series of smaller rooms with varied decor that helps each room feel intimate and special. We go as a family and both the kids...

We visit this pub often, usually in the bar area, where there are also high top tables, booths, and tables. Great atmosphere, employees and food! The bar tenders and servers are very attentive and personable, serving a varied light fare and restaurant menu. Our own "Cheers" location!
My husband took me to the Harryman House for dinner to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the baked oysters which came to us barely warm. We did return them to be reheated. When the second order came, they were slightly warmer.....didn't bother to send them back again. Also, just so you know the oysters were the size of a thumb...

A wonderful place to take friends, family or business associates. Wonderful old building which has been renovated and updated over the years. Excellent food, though the service can be spotty at times depending on who is working the lunch crowd. They always have a nice quiche special and wonderful seasonal soup selections. Very nice wine selection and the deserts are...

Just came back from a fabulous lunch at Harryman House. We invited our client to select a place she enjoyed and she chose Harryman House. Their crab quiche (the quiche of the day) was unlike any quiche I have ever had. I can't believe I could rave about a quiche but it was just that good. For lunch -- you...

The weather was nasty this past Saturday so we changed our plans with friends and decided to eat out locally. We chose the Harryman House Restaurant. It's located in an old cabin that had been lovingly renovated and expanded through the years. Once a much fancier restaurant, it has changed it's theme and feel to be more family friendly and...
