I have been a customer since Jan opened it. I stop in often for take out for myself or a group when I don't' feel like cooking. The food is always fresh, delicious and varied.

Best sandwiches around--also wonderful prepared foods, curried chicken salad and excellent soups

The muffins are the best on the North Shore, and the sandwiches are a little above average for an above average price.

Everything is delicious; soups made fresh every day and the best soup I have ever had. The sandwiches are excellent, everything fresh and locally sourced. Jan, the owner, is a wonderful individual, really focused on quality and service. The cookies and pasta salads are a great accompaniment if you are really feeling hungry.

When we do big events at our job we use Tastebuds. They are by far the best in the North Shore! They are very detailed with there food and are excellent customer service! Kudos to Tastebuds!

Fantastic menu however extremely overpriced. There is very little seating in the cafe and all food is served on an evil styrofoam plate

Just had a the "151 Hale Street" wrap, which is a grilled chicken wrap with cilantro dressing. It was okay. I was expecting bigger, more fuller wraps, but these ones are long and narrow, and they also package the wrap similiar to the way meat is packaged at a supermarket.
