Friendly and accommodating! We stopped for a coffee in the late afternoon and then went back that night for dinner. The clam chowder is to die for! One of the best New England clam chowders I've ever eathen!

If your looking for a high meal with service to match then I highly recommend. When we were there I had the crab cakes with sautéed vegetables and whipped potatoes with truffle oil it was amazing, also ordered was a prime rib that my daughter said was tender and done right to her pacifications. If you are planning a vacation...

We didn't eat there, didn't want to. It wasn't a busy night but the attitude when we arrived was that they were too busy to talk about hosting an event there. Not a good way to begin. We to take our business elsewhere,
We really lucked out that The Atlantic opened for the summer season while we were here for a few days. Loved the food, great service and great atmosphere. Highly recommended!
1.Staff need training.
2.Requested a "Fish Knife" and the young lady that was young enough to be my grand daughter looked at me as if I had three heads and proceeded to provide me with a "small fork" for whatever reason I don't know.
3.Asked the "server" if you could call him that to add some more wine to the...

This place was a great find when last in Martha's Vineyard. They have bacon as a bar snack instead of the standard pretzels, so I knew I had found a great place right away. The meal did not disappoint either. Not cheap, but you're eating seafood in Edgartown, so you expect to pay a bit more. Recommended!
Huge venue, right on the harbor. Inside, porch and outside and large seated bar dining. Very ood food prepared in kitchen in common with The Boathouse, a private membership club located on second level. Attractive new building designed to fit in with Edgartown's beautiful New England architecture.
In season weekend entertainment rocks. Place is mobbed and loads of fun. Reservations...

This is a lovely restaurant which sits on the water in Edgartown. If the weather is nice, ask to sit outside to enjoy the space. The food is delicious and the bar makes great drinks as well.
Among the very best restaurants on the Cape and Islands. Great view, great food and I've always had good and friendly service here. The patio area with the harbor view is the ideal place to have dinner in the summer.
The staff desperately needs some leadership (and training). The snob factor is unbelievable and unnecessary. The food is disappointing. I have given this place more than a few chances - it's not that I caught them on a bad night, this is how they choose to do business. Bartenders that spend more time looking in the mirrors instead of serving...
