Eclectic menu but not crazy. Not too busy or loud. Good beer menu. A welcome change to the typical night out.

This establishment has been a weekly experience for us lately. We sit at the bar, and have drinks, then usually order 2 or 3 different appetizers, just because they are all wonderful, with great fresh taste and flavor. The spring rolls.....yummmm, and the popcorn shrimp, my husband says is to die for. I don't eat shrimp , but I believe...

I had a ahi tuna salad with wasabi dressing which was wonderful. Another evening I had a great fish and chips. After several visits, only exceptional food. Well worth a visit.
Family run restaurant with the best service I know of in the valley. The food is always top quality whether it is a steak or a salad. The service is outstanding. Every server is very good. I'm always happy after a meal and cocktail here.
Cranberry apple brie was delicious! The Fried pickles were spicy , delicious and well portioned. Asian springrolls were good only stopped in for appetizers and drinks. Interesting cocktail menu, had the pineapple patron sweet and tropical I liked it. Would give the rest of the menu a shot another time :)
The food at Johnny's is average. The Cobb and Ahi Tuna salads used to be my favorites but the Cobb is no longer offered and the last time I had the Ahi Tuna it was dry and the portion smaller than in the past. The Amherst Johnny's has a slightly different menu but the same average food as South Hadley.
I was here several months ago and vowed not to come back because of the flies. There are fruit flies and regular flies constantly buzzing in your face. But I decided to give it another try.
The food was excellent, but the flies were EVERYWHERE! How can the staff not see them and deal with them? Great location, great food.....PLEASE...

we eat there often. We even had a party in their keg room. Great food, great staff. Love the salads
we have come here often with a bunch of people and they manage to feed us all happily. good choices with wraps and salads.
Not what they pretend to be. It's got lots of very hyper loud music. At night, the bar is wildly noisy, tiny and overcrowded. The food, except for the tuna my son had ($19 at lunch!) was just plain ordinary and very salty. We've tried it numerous times. They are acoustically the worst place I've ever eaten. People yell over...
