What a surprise to find such a modern and upscale seafood restaurant in Elk Rapids. Cool place with a minimalist/industrial ambiance. Food was delicious. Loved the full page of features/specials too. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will certainly return.

Have been there twice--both times, the fact that they have very little sound-dampening material in the concrete block building makes for a noisy experience...you'd think if they go to the trouble to deliver a great food product, they would put in the $$$ to give you better ambiance. Still, a good place to have lunch or dinner, but pricey for... More

I have eaten at Elk Rapids' "Siren Hall" several times and have always had very good food. I recently visited for dinner and had the $18 "Fish & Chips" which were very good with beer batter fried cod, fried shrimp, crab hush puppies and served with creamy slaw. Recent service was just okay. The bread basket was very chintzy with... More

This is a great new edition to downtown Elk Rapids. The interior is beautifully decorated. We sat in a little room on the side. It was intimate and warm. The food was excellent. Everything was fresh and inspired. We can't wait to eat here again next summer!

We stopped for lunch remembering what a wonderful burger we have had here in the past. My wife and I both deviated from our planned burger choice. My wife loves pastrami so she ordered the house made sandwich, it was wonderful. Came with homemade chip and pickled veggies. I am an oyster fan and chose the "shucker special". Half dozen... More

My mother and I went there for soup and I had the best clam and corn chowder of my life. I like the atmosphere and I'm sure that the rest of the food would be creative and good.

Locals in this tourist town know to avoid the dining room and hang out in the bar at happy hour. It's a hangout on off-season Friday nights. Great wine list. Best food bets: mac-and-cheese, fresh oysters, burgers, goat-cheese cakes.

Siren Hall is owned by the Petersons, who also own Lulu's, in Bellaire, Michigan. Lulu's is 12 minutes from our rental summer home, in Alden, MI, and Siren Hall is 25 minutes from it in the other direction! We're surrounded by wonderful food, artfully prepared with the freshest ingredients! Judging from the crowd, others felt the same way--about both places!... More

As usual, the food was good but the service was terrible. Wait staff is terrible. Wine selection us slim. .

What a special dining experience! Such a cool place. Marvelously attentive, professional and friendly staff. Great lunch choices and truly delicious food. Fun cocktail menu. Calamari with two yummy sauces was light, crispy and melted in our mouths. The best we've ever had. And the burger was as tasty as it was attractive. Fabulous house-ground beef, thick bacon and white... More
