We came across this almost hidden gem in Eygalieres, off the main street and under the shade of hackberry trees (I had not heard of them either but Google them!). The food was really first rate. I had courgette flowers in tempura sauce followed by tender and tasty veal cooked just right. My wife had some local taureau that was... More

Great food, great service, great place. The citrus pie (like a key lime pie) is to die for! Don´t miss this place, we plan to go back in our next trip do France.

Visited today for Easter Sunday Lunch,we were put in a room on our own.I booked three weeks ago.We were moved after our starter to the busy room.My Duck was grossly and tough to cut.The dessert was goo. Altogether a disappointing visit for a bill of £70plus.

A great place to eat al-fresco...literally under the micocoulier trees! good food, quality service and often hosting themed evenings. I have never been disappointed there whether dining with friends or family. Best, of course, sampled during those balmy provencal summer evening but equally appealing at other times.

I dislike that it's 3,000 miles away, it is worth hunting down. We ate lunch in the garden which filled with locals, not a tourist in sight except across the table. A very understanding and enthusiastic English speaking waiter first asked what kind of experience we wanted, quick or several hours. Two and a half hours: prix fixe soup, duck,... More

We had the 29 euro menu for lunch, which we enjoyed. The dishes were beautifully presented and not over the top. The service was quite good - attentive without being too much. The dining room was a bit formal -I felt a little out of place in my skinny jeans. I think the true gem is the outdoor patio which... More

Superb mix of provencal flavors with modern cuisine. Eating under the trees gives the extra romantic feeling.

I left La Burlande B&B on a photo shoot of Roman antiquities of the Alpilles [mountains] on a most pleasant autumn outing that had me stopping for lunch in the hilltop village of Eygalieres. I chose the cloistered, tree-covered patio at Micocouliers per hostess Mme Fajardo's recommendation. The 29€ menu began with fleurs de courgettes, consommé de foie gras de... More
