My wife and I ate here awaiting a flight out of DTW. She ordered Lasagna which was quite good; I ordered Veal Parmesan which was terrible. I'm still angry that I did not send it to the garbage can. I'm certain it was the night's prior dish reincarnated the next evening...burnt around the edges with old over cooked mozzarella cheese... More

Work brought me to the area and not wanting fast food I decided to try Leonardo's. Best decision of the week! The service was great the food was fantastic & the prices are very reasonable. It was so good I went back a couple days later, and everything was just as great as it was the first time. Plan on... More

We had a large party (7 adults and 3 children) that stormed this restaurant without any reservations. It is a pretty large establishment and they seated us immediately. My family likes to visit while they eat and we ordered our courses slowly. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We had several appetizers. My favorite was the Insalata Caprese. We... More

Went to dinner and had a nice experience. I had the Veal Parm. Portions were good size for the money. I would go back the next time I am in the area. The lounge seemed to be the place to be with the entertainment.

I was in town for business and wanted some Italian food. I had lasagna. It was 15 bucks but the size and the flavor were worth it. I sat in the bar area and the 2 female attendents were quite busy and did not make me feel too welcome. That is my only complaint. I not needy but sometime when... More

First, there were eight of us, and after a short wait and a drink at the bar, were seated in an area that resembled a conference room. No atmosphere at all. Our watress was prompt and hustled. The one bright spot. I had spaghetti carbonara and it was more like alfredo. Too rich and cheesy. My wife had lasagna, and... More

Went with business colleagues based upon one individual's previous experience. Line up is standard Americanized Italian pasta and meat. The house salad is basic fare but fresh. The bread sticks were unique and very good. I had the Chicken Marsala which was very good. A large plate of small chicken and mushrooms. The presentation was lousy but it made up... More

Overall, not too bad for very basic italian. The recipes are different that what I'm used to eating as an Italian brought up in Northern NJ. I felt the prices were a little high for what we had. $16 for pasta is not expensive, but also not a bargain for what we received. All of that said, the Bruschetta was... More

I have to travel to the Detroit area at least monthly and no matter what the schedule I have is, I always make it a point to hit Leonardo’s. The establishment is tucked back into an older strip mall and is definitely worth one’s time! The service is generally always great, however if you can sit at the bar during... More
