Authentic cambodian restorant. The food tastes great and the value is very good. The place doesn't look great but the people are very welcoming and you get a great food experience.

We've been going here for years! It's a small place on University Avenue, and maybe the only Cambodian restaurant along there. I almost always order the chicken curry with rice because it is so delicious - served almost like soup with large pieces of carrots and potatoes, with a side of rice. My kids love the Minnesota-style cream cheese wontons...

We live here in the Saint Paul area and go to this restaurant nearly once a week. Having tried many dishes on the menu, most are very, very good. You can be adventurous or stick to the ones that have been written up in the local newspaper (they are marked) if you are not familiar with Cambodian food or here...

I have been visiting this restaurant for 14 years and continue to be excited with the food every time I visit. The decor is casual and the food is superb. My friend and I had an outstanding lunch today for $14 and I wanted to lick the plate. The Plear and the fish curry are my favorites.
Cheng Heng serves traditional Cambodian dishes that are really authentic. I have people from all over the world come to the Twin Cities on extended business trips and Cheng Heng consistently rates in the top 5 of all restaurants that they visit. We always give out guests a long list of restaurants across the Twin Cities so they have lots...

This was my first taste of Cambodian cuisine. Loved it! I came in and put in a order for take out, the owners were extremely helpful in recommening the more traditional dishes for us to try. The sticky rice and chive balls were an excellent appetizer. Loved the savoury soup with the soft boiled quail eggs. Both entrees were perfect.
Cheng Heng Restaurant was a great experience. The service was good. The food was excellent. The servings are a good amount that gets you full. The cream cheese puffs were a little cold but big. We enjoyed the Chicken/bamboo shoot/ red pepper/peanut entree. The Cambodian iced tea was a treat. Parking can be found on the neighboring streets. Price $-$$....

You will be amazed at how delicious this food is. For $6.95 you can get a BIG meal. And do NOT forget to get a bubble tea. Cheng Heng's bubble tea is the best of anywhere!
We have been fans of Cheng Heng for years, after reading a newspaper review of this Cambodian restaurant and trying it. It's all good but we are partial to the spicy soups and their fresh spring rolls. We enjoy talking to the owners and getting their recommendations. I am always eager to have another great meal there and have brought...

Have been there twice and really like it. The service is great and the food is delicious, recommend that people start with the spring rolls. The second time I went there with my family and we ordered four different servings for each of us and all were so good. Just keep in mind the servings are really big! (we had...
