There's no atmosphere here, which to me is the atmosphere I want in a deli. They have quite a bit of seating in back but it's crowded at lunchtime. The food is fantastic.

Cecil's is a fixture in the St. Paul Highland neighborhood. They have fantastic deli foods along with great soups (borscht and matzo ball) and wonderful hammentaschen.
