I'd never really spent time in Stillwater before but had heard of the Freight House for their nightclub. I was surprised that they had such a large restaurant as well, so we stopped in for dinner. We went there after the supper crowd about 7:30 Service was just ok nothing to brag about. Atmosphere is nice and food was just ok. It was clean but overall it was just a bar and grille

Classic Freight House. In town for a wedding and stopped in for a beverage. Outstanding service and the river view was excellant.

From our two experiences here, this place probably stays open only because it looks like a cool historic building (which it is) to the tourists. I doubt many locals eat here. Save your money and enjoy your experience by walking across the parking lot to the Dock Cafe for very good food at the same price.

We had dinner at the Freight House last weekend & it was as good as previous visits. The service was very good, the food was delicious, and we enjoyed the relaxing, laid back environment. It was pretty quiet in there, but the weather was very cold and we ate fairly early in the evening.

We are frequent visitors here in the summertime because of their amazing patio! It is very spacious and has a wonderful view of the river. The service here is always hit or miss though, but the food is what keeps us coming back!

This is an "okay" place. The food is never bad, but it's nothing to write home about either. The thing that keeps us coming back here is the location. It's just a great place to sit outside when the weather is nice and watch the people and the river.

We went there on a Saturday afternoon. Hard to find a parking space but the food was good and so was the service but nothing that made it outstanding.

Great sweet potato fries. Slightly above average food with a great drink menu. Good beer selection. Great location.
