I was in town on business and one of the locals took me here for lunch. The sandwich I had was among the best ive eaten. I really liked the old school decor too. It made me feel at home, I guess I'm a little old school myself.

I have to stop by every time I'm in town. The food is good, the music is great, and you won't find a friendlier staff. A place where 'everybody knows your name'! The cheesecake is home-made and original recipe - delicious!
a st joseph icon. i go less often because of the smoking policy, but approve of the right of owners to establish their own policy. consistently the BEST live music in town.......

Best deli sandwich in St. Joseph. Great staff and atmosphere.
Cool blues and nostalgic venue with lots of old memorabilia. Live blues on most nights. Saturday afternoon jam session Sandwiches are excellent. The Reuben is king.

Beyond that, however, the hard red booths...

I don't go there very often, but every time i have, i enjoyed it. Friendly people, good music, and nice employees. I do, however, order take out sandwhiches often) The meat and the bread always taste so fresh, and they are large enough that i save part for the next day.
