Chocolate monkey for Easter. It is a ST.Louis tradition. They were featured on the Travel Channel. The BLT is the best BLT in town.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in St. Louis. The food is incredible and you get a lot for your money. Make sure you have some time to spare or come in the middle of the afternoon, because lunch and dinner waits can exceed an hour easily

A trip down memory lane. Long lines for tables to eat in. Chocolate candy is limited in selection (the place is tiny, so it's understandable) and good but not great. Staff is very nice and efficient. You can bypass the line to buy candy.

I have lived in St. Louis for fifty years and had never visited the Crown Candy kitchen. The BLT has tons of Bacon on it and that is what a BLT should be, my husband and I shared it, so pretty good portion. The Malts are the most delicious ever. Must check out the candy selection, wow.
